A 26.5 foot diameter interactive pedal powered sculpture with custom plywood bench, CNC routed plywood floor with integrated wire pathing, 360 degree ramp and 15.5 foot tall LED globe tower
As participants work together to generate electricity, the light tower illuminates in sequence, culminating in a rotating 3D printed dinosaur light show at the top of the column

A 22' x 12' rooftop foot billiards course with six custom benches and a custom ball rack. Design considerations in this project included detailing one modular bench that provides ADA access to the court, concealing all fasteners and conducting considerable wood species research and sourcing to provide the project management team with a range of options for the desired longevity of the build.

I was an instrumental member of the technical design team for the prototyping and fabrication phases of the "Secret Life of Pets: Off The Leash!" dark ride at Universal Hollywood. Over 12 months I completed fabrication drawings and material estimates for overhead structural trusses, multiple animatronic enclosures, cabinetry and furniture for the queue, wall cladding as well as installation templates and storefront buildouts.
I was the lead technical designer for the fabrication of four outdoor wall panels at Star War's Galaxy's Edge. I created custom dxf files for the parts based on the concept designs and specified custom concealed attachment methods for each panel.

I produced fabrication drawings and welding templates for the roughly 18’ x 12’ “Mummy Roof” element of the King Tut - Treasure of The Golden Pharoah International Touring Exhibition. The suspended tiers of gilded roof fins were designed to evoke the interior layers of King Tut’s tomb.
At the end of the King Tut project I designed and fabricated a small add-on reader rail element that sits below a colossal statue of King Tut.

I led the technical design for the production of two identical trade show booths for Talisker. The highlights of this booth included the two “boats” - one a shelving unit and the other a functional bar. I created CNC plywood kits for both of these assemblies after fully developing 3D models from the concept designs.

I was the lead carpenter for the 2017 Laika Comic-Con exhibit in the Gaslamp District. I managed internal production of new assets, inventoried existing components and installed the exhibit. In 2018 I was the lead technical designer for a life size set replica of the Other Mother's living room from the film Coraline. I created custom CNC parts for the bug fireplace screen, spider frame, trim, and window treatments. I also assisted the bug couch sculptors and fabricators by creating dimensioned guides for interpreting the film reference.

Over the course of nine months working with Oxbow Design/Build I fabricated many of the custom build elements of the indoor Mill 180 Park in Easthampton, MA. Principally, I was integral in the wall framing, roof truss framing and sheathing of the mushroom shaped “Mycology House.” I developed the method for the pickled plywood finishing technique found throughout the park. I also was the lead carpenter for the astroturf amphitheater truss framing and sheathing

Over 16 weeks I designed and built the 650 square foot “Krunkle House” in Montpelier, VT with a team of nine through Yestermorrow Design/Build School. The most dynamic elements of the building are its multiple cantilevers, the largest of which became known as the krunkle, named for its crank motion off of the otherwise orthogonal plan as well as the box’s likeness to a knuckle in plan. The krunkle box rotates at a 45 degree angle from the main form of the building casting views into the nearby tree canopy and into to the mountains beyond
